Westcoast delicacy prepared in a free-range egg omelette, served with a side of fries, lemon and fresh garden salad
BackCountry Caesar Salad
Cos lettuce, parmesan, crusty bread and crispy bacon tossed in a creamy garlic dressing topped with a poached egg.  Add anchovies or chicken

Pea & Prosciutto Risotto
Creamy risotto folded with garden peas and freshly shredded prosciutto, topped with lemon and parmesan. Add chicken or salmon
Wild Venison Salad
Prime venison fillet, sliced medium rare, served with salad greens, roasted beets and a balsamic and blackberry vinaigrette
Free-Range Pork Carving Board
Served as a main for two or a lighter snack for four
Free-farmed pork, served with all the trimmings - garlic gourmet potatoes, garden green peas, roasted pumpkin, kumara and steamed seasonal vegetables.  Finished with a jug of gravy and chunky apple sauce
