Wild Goat Curry
Slow cooked wild goat simmered in a deliciously mild spiced curry, served with basmati rice and popadum

NZ Green Lip Mussels, half topped with basil butter, the rest with garlic butter - both sprinkled with parmesan then lightly grilled and served with garlic bread
Cajun Chicken Breast
Lightly spiced, chargrilled, butterflied chicken served on a herb rosti, salad greens and spicy salsa sauce

NZ Venison Rack
Venison Rack, lightly coated with a parmesean crust and cooked medium-medium rare, accompanied with garlic and rosemary roasted potatoes, baby beets and a crisp spring salad.  Finished with a port and blackberry jus.
